Personal Nutrition Coaching

Weight control is difficult for many and will power is simply not enough to combat the buldge. Will burning an extra 100 calories per day really alter the number on the scale? It may seem that way. . . but the body's natural defense will kick in to maintain its body weight and composition. So what is a person to do? Reducating the body to be more efficient at using fuel (food) is a start.
